Our aims are to provide opportunities for children in Nepal through assisting with their education and healthcare, in the support of compassionate home environment.

We are honored to have the Third Dupseng Rinpoche as the Patron of KFN. Rinpoche is the abbot of Jangchub Choeling Monastery in Pokhara Nepal and a revered lama of the Karma Kagyu lineage under HH. The 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Thaye Dorje.
The Founder: Paula Bronson
Paula has volunteered in medical camps several times in Nepal and has made many follow-up visits. he trained as a Physical Therapist in the USA in 1988.

Jangchub Choeling Monastery in Pokhara
Some children have a better start in life than others. We help young monks who have come to Jangchub Choeling Monastery in Pokhara because their families wanted the best for them.Some were born into nomadic families who continue to live under very harsh conditions. At the monastery, they are in a compassionate community in a loving and secure environment. But in Nepal it is customary that family members continue to support their children of whom they are so proud. We help these children who can not receive ongoing financial help.
